“I feel all patients deserve to have an opportunity to spend time with their providers. Physical Therapists have a unique ability to connect with their patients by dedicating time to listen to their goals. Every human body moves differently and I am committed to providing my patients with individualized care that is catered to their movement patterns and goals (instead of a global cookie-cutter programs). I feel fortunate to provide healing through manual therapy and customized exercise programs.”
Growing up in India, Alisha always dreamed of being in healthcare, because she wanted to follow in her family’s footsteps. Most of her family members are Physicians ranging from Cardiologists to Internists, however in shadowing them she realized she wanted to spend more time with her patients. Her compassion for individuals let her focus her career on Physical Therapy. She idealized the profession where she would be able to help individuals recover from motor deficits and get them back to doing what they love.
