“It is a rarity to be surrounded by a talented group of practitioners and treat amazing patients. Because of this, my desire to become the best therapist I can be for our patients is what drives me to be 1% better every day I step into this clinic. I aim to continue to uphold the quality of evidence-based care being delivered here at TPTS. Additionally, helping those seeking our help to feel empowered with their treatments once they begin here and beyond our clinic. Physical therapy is the skillset I strive to learn and master; while patient-centered care is the experience we want you to walk out feeling you received with our team.”
Alysha began her career in health and wellness while enrolled in University of San Francisco's Department of Exercise and Sports Science. During her time, she participated in the dance team and continued an additional internship with the USF student athletic training program. Shortly after graduation, she continued to expand her skillset as a strength and conditioning coach at a private facility while completing an internship at Accelerate Sports Performance.
After completing her service in the United State Air Force, she began specializing her passion in rehabilitation at the University of Southern California's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She completed a vast spectrum of clinical experience with TBI/PTSD/Polytrauma at VA Palo Alto to athletic populations and professional athletes with orthopedic rotations.
Alysha joined the TPTS team after graduation and currently participates in outside experience, including strength and conditioning with collegiate, high school, and professional sports in Irvine. In addition, she currently continues to strive for growth in providing care as a physical therapist in orthopedics, as she is currently striving to test for the OCS.
